Flooded School

The crew of SERVPRO of Lafayette was called to this school after it suffered flooding due to a broken pipe. When we arrived there was still water standing in the floor of this facility. 

We began extracting the water and placing drying equipment to make sure the excess moisture dried up quickly. It is important to take care of existing moisture quickly in order to prevent secondary damage such as mold. That is why we use drying equipment such as fans, air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtered air scrubbers to help dry up the moisture.
